Mobile & on-site welding
Mobile welding brings the welder, power, and equipment to the work instead of bringing the work to a shop. It's the right fit when members are already erected, when parts are too large to move, or when downtime at your facility has to be kept to a minimum.
Our field setups run their own power, so we can weld on raw construction sites with no electrical service, inside occupied buildings, and on rooftops. We plan access, fire watch, and hot-work requirements ahead of time so work goes smoothly around other trades and your operations.
Scope
Everything typically covered when you hire us for mobile & on-site welding.

Frames, stands, and anchors welded in place at your facility.

How it works
A straightforward process that keeps your project moving and your inspector happy.

Send drawings, photos, or a short description through the quote form. The more detail, the faster and tighter the estimate.
02
We review scope, connection details, access, and schedule, then send a clear written estimate.
03
Steel is ordered, cut, and fabricated in the shop while we lock in an install date with you or your GC.
04
Field welding and installation are completed to the drawings, with the work left ready for inspection.

FAQ
What areas do you cover for mobile welding?
We work across Dallas, Tarrant, and Collin counties, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, Garland, Plano, Frisco, and McKinney. Ask about nearby cities outside those counties.
Do you need power on site?
No. Our rigs carry engine-driven welders and generators, so we can work on sites with no electrical service.
Can you weld inside an occupied building?
Yes, with the right precautions. We plan ventilation, fire watch, shielding, and any hot-work permit your building or insurer requires.
Do you do emergency or same-week repairs?
When the schedule allows, yes. Describe the problem in the quote form and mark the timeline as urgent — we'll tell you right away what we can do.
Is mobile welding more expensive than shop welding?
Field time costs more per hour than shop time, so we usually fabricate what we can in the shop and keep on-site welding to the connections that must be made in place.
Send us your drawings or a few photos and we'll give you a straight answer and a free, written estimate.
