Custom metal fabrication
Custom metal fabrication turns raw steel — plate, angle, channel, tube, and wide-flange — into finished parts by cutting, drilling, fitting, and welding. For structural work, accuracy matters as much as weld quality: holes have to line up, plates have to sit flat, and members have to arrive at the right length.
We fabricate from engineer's details, shop drawings, or field measurements. Fabricating in a controlled shop environment produces better welds in better positions, then we deliver the parts ready to install — or install them ourselves.

FAQ
What do you need to quote a fabrication job?
Drawings or sketches with dimensions, material sizes, quantities, and finish. Photos of the install location help too. If you only have an idea, describe it and we'll help work out the details.
Can you fabricate from field measurements?
Yes. For work that has to fit existing conditions, we can measure on site before fabricating.
What finishes do you offer?
Parts can be left bare, shop primed, painted, or prepared for hot-dip galvanizing by an outside galvanizer, depending on exposure and specification.
Do you install what you fabricate?
Yes. We can deliver parts for your crew to install or handle installation and field welding ourselves.
Do you take small fabrication jobs?
Yes. Send the details — small jobs are often quick to price and turn around.
Send us your drawings or a few photos and we'll give you a straight answer and a free, written estimate.
